The journey,

Boutique luggage, engineered like an aircraft and finished like a watch. A boutique house of carry-ons and cases, built in small runs and signed by the people who make them.

Hardside, or softside.
Start with the build — high-impact polypropylene that protects, or 1200D polyester that flexes and packs light. Every case rolls on the same silent AEROX chassis.
Aero Cabin
A monocoque polycarbonate shell drawn to 2.1 kg without surrendering the structure — the lightest case we make.

Built like an aircraft. Finished like a watch.
Four systems carry every AEROX case. We over-build each one, then test it past the point of reason — so the only thing you notice is that nothing ever goes wrong.
Monocoque shells
High-impact polypropylene, drawn as one monocoque body — nothing seamed, nothing to work loose.
Magnetic-damped wheels
A 50 mm dual-bearing wheel on a magnetic damper. It rolls in silence and stops without the chatter.
Aerospace draw-bar
A three-stage anodised bar that locks at every height with an audible, deliberate click. No wobble, ever.
Recessed TSA 007
Brushed, flush-mounted, and serialised to your case — security can open it, no one else can.

The cabin case, where it belongs.
The case that keeps up.
From the car door to the cabin and back again — built for the days that don't slow down for your luggage. Made in one signed run, and carried where it counts.

Door to door — nothing rattled.
Carried by people who travel for a living.
I have owned every name you would expect. The Aero Cabin is the first one that felt like it was made by people who actually fly.
Silent wheels sound like a gimmick until you wheel one through a marble lobby at 6am and nobody turns around.
Two years of weekly travel and it still rolls like the first day. It looks like mine now.
Made in small runs.
Each case is signed by the maker who finishes it. When a run sells out, it is gone until the next.
Your next case is already on the line.
Reserve from the current run, or speak with the concierge about a finish, a monogram, or a trade order.
No deposit to reserve — we hold your place.
